By creating an account or using Zracle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Zracle is an AI-powered tool that helps construction professionals generate material price estimates by searching publicly available pricing information on the internet. The Service produces PDF documents for use as estimate drafts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree not to share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Prices returned by Zracle are sourced from publicly available internet data at the time of the request. They are provided for reference and estimation purposes only. Zracle does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any price information. Actual prices may vary by region, supplier, quantity, and time. You should verify all prices with suppliers before submitting any bid, proposal, or contract to a client. Zracle accepts no liability for financial loss resulting from reliance on estimates generated by the Service.

Free accounts are limited to 5 estimates per calendar month. Paid plans provide higher or unlimited estimates as described on the Pricing page. Plan limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Billing for paid plans is processed through a third-party payment provider. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time on paid plans. To request cancellation, contact us at [email protected].
Zracle and its underlying technology are owned by the operator. PDF estimates generated using your data are yours to use as you see fit. We do not claim ownership over your project names, material lists, or client information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zracle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses resulting from inaccurate price estimates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the operator is located.
